I actually like the products on BinkyBunny, but wow, their customer service was moving like a bunch of slackers. I emailed about my order and sat around for days waiting for a reply. They did eventually get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely felt like I had to poke them just to get an answer. Not the worst experience ever, just really annoying when you need help.

I was just trying to find some basic info on taking care of a rabbit, but the site was hard to use. Everything felt kind of all over the place, and I had to click around way too much to find anything. The educational stuff didn’t really feel organized either, so I ended up leaving more confused than when I started

"I had a feeling this hay might..."
I had a feeling this hay might not be great after reading a few mixed reviews, it kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. It showed up dusty and had that old, stale smell right away. My bunny usually gets excited for fresh hay, but she barely touched this stuff. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it definitely didn’t seem fresh to me, so I won’t be ordering from here again

"Feels a Bit Overpriced :/"
The prices feel a little high for what you’re getting. It’s mostly basic stuff, so I was expecting it to be more affordable :)

"Used to be better, but shipping is a mess now"
I’ve ordered before and it used to be a lot smoother, but this time the shipping has taken forever. I’m still waiting and there haven’t been any real updates, so it’s been frustrating and not very reliable.

"Ruined my plans for my rabbit’s setup"
I was really hoping to stock up on some safe stuff for my rabbit, but this ended up being a letdown. There were way too many items that seemed questionable or not really rabbit-safe, so I didn’t feel comfortable using most of it. I had planned to get everything sorted that day, and this basically ruined those plans. I won’t be buying again.

"Knew right away something was off"
The box showed up completely smashed, and my first thought was, yep, this isn’t going to be good. Sure enough, it was the wrong item too. Disappointing experience all around
